fyi :: idp's are like refugees, but refugees technically have to cross a national border. . .idp's are not able to get to a neighboring country, so they are pushed from their homes and hunted down in their own country--refugees none the less. . .in fact, their situation is worse than refugees because most countries (including our own) bar aid from reaching them across the border. . .but don't worry, i am working to change that in congress. . .stay tuned
